Quick Exercise Tips To Look Great On Your Wedding Day

Exercise Tips Every bride wants to look gorgeous on her wedding day, but with the stress of wedding planning which bride has the time to shed a few pounds before the big day? We've compiled a few tips and techniques for getting fit on your own clock despite your busy wedding planning schedule.

Diet

We are not going to lie to you. Every effective exercise regimen begins with proper diet. If you can, try to cut out soft drinks and unneeded sugars. You will be surprised at how quickly you will drop the extra pounds when soda is out of your life.


If you are still craving that carbonated texture, switch to seltzer with some lemon. It tastes delicious and gives you that nice bubbly feeling to prepare you for the champagne toast on your wedding day. That being said, you should also be drinking a lot of water! Not only is water good for weight loss, it also does wonders for your hair, nails and skin and will ensure that you will be glowing on your wedding day.

Cardio

Exercise does not have to be some intense routine that you saw on a late-night infomercial. If you're already doing something like that, great, but if not, you definitely don't need the extra stress and intensity. Cardio can be as simple as walking briskly around the block, riding a bile to work, climbing stairs instead of using the elevator, or even dancing around when your fiancé isn't home. You know what, make him dance with you. It can be a great couple activity.

Butt & Thighs

Lunges will become your best friend. There is nothing more effective than lunges. There will never be anything more effective than lunges. Do them in the office, in the elevator, in the supermarket, in the clothing store. Do them and don't mind who watches or who stares because in the end, it will be you who has the killer butt and toned thighs.

Arms

If you have the ability and time to buy and use weights, you should do it. Buy weights that are no more than five pounds each unless you're looking for that body-builder look. Place a weight in each hand and extend your arms out parallel to the floor. Hold your arms there and make small circles in the air. It will burn, we assure you, but there will be no flab under those arms when you toss that bouquet.

Abs

Have you heard of Gwyneth Paltrow? Well, if you haven't, she is a fit, blond, actress who swears by The Tracy Anderson Method. Tracy Anderson is a personal trainer who sells her training DVDs on her website (if you are interested). We have cheated, however, and found an excellent link on YouTube that is quick, easy, and most importantly, free. It takes under ten minutes and the results are incredible. We know because we've tried it. If you do some digging, there are more Tracy Anderson routines available on YouTube for free.
